Jack P. Wolfe

Having come from a long line of interesting Texans from all parts of this legendary state, I was born a businessman and entrepreneur. My Texan ancestors include ranchers, bankers, merchants, wildcatters, grocers, politicians and real estate folks.  I started my  commercial real estate career in 1979 as a commercial agent in El Paso, Texas. I then worked in a development firm on the Industrial side of the business, overseeing the management and development of a large industrial portfolio. Seeing opportunity in industrial real estate and investments I founded Wolfe Real Estate, Inc. in 1982.  I have created or been involved in over 30 partnerships in my career.  After attending the business schools at the University of Texas at Austin and U.T. El Paso, I earned my prestigious CCIM designation in 1987.  Commercial real estate has been a dream career for me in a noble industry for around 40 years.
