Our firm has been arranging income property acquisitions for our investment partnerships in major Texas cities for the last few decades. Most of these properties fall into the following sectors: 

 

Retail acquisition criteria:

  • Neighborhood, multi-tenant strip centers

  • Fast food and convenience stores

  • Ground leases

  • Single tenant net leased

 

Industrial acquisition criteria:

  • Warehouse, multi-tenant and single tenant

  • Manufacturing, provided it isn't overly specialized

 

These projects tend to be long term, stable cashflow deals, but we have also been involved in "value add", turn-around projects and re-development deals, as well.  

We also provide services in the following areas:

  • Complex partnership administration

  • Debt purchases and restructuring

  • Work outs and receiverships of distressed assets

Our Texan History:
In the tradition of Texas independence and entrepreneurship, our firm was launched in 1982 by Jack P. Wolfe, a 4th generation Texan and entrepreneur from both the maternal and paternal sides of his family. The firm was started in the border town of El Paso in 1982 to capitalize on burgeoning trade with Mexico. Then in 1994, Jack opened an office in Austin to take advantage of Austin's unique position in the U.S. as a highly desirable and dynamic business community.
